This first episode features four senior policymakers: Roselyn Akombe, who co-chairs the UN Transitions Project; Franck Bousquet, the senior director of the World Bank’s Fragility, Conflict, & Violence Group; Hilde Hardeman, who heads the Foreign Policy Instruments Service of the European Commission; and Rüdiger König, the director general for Crisis Prevention, Stabilization, Post-Conflict Peacebuilding and Humanitarian Assistance in the German Federal Foreign Office. In addition, transitions expert Daniel Forti provides insights on major takeaways from previous transitions. The podcast is hosted by Marie Wagner (Global Public Policy Institute).
